"HINDI KA NA SANA UMABOT NG 25"

"Hindi ka na sana umabot ng 25."

A streetboy cursed me yday after I refused to give him any alms.

I didn't take any offense or concern. If I don't make it to Christmas Day, I know I will be with the Reason for the season in heaven. I know this for sure not because I am a good person deserving of heaven nor because God is so good that He can't bring Himself to send me and the likes of Hitler to hell. I KNOW I am going to heaven because He promised that whosoever believes in His Son and accepts Him as one's personal Lord and Savior, by grace through faith (with no good works at all), s/he will go to heaven.

In a way, the kid is right when he said hindi aabot ng 25. Someday, all of us, hindi aabot ng 25. Hindi aabot ng Dec 25, Jan 25, Feb 25, or 2025. We all must go some day. The question is, are we ready once our afterlife departure is announced?

I know hell exists because Jesus the TRUTH Himself, talked about it a lot. He went through hell when He died on the cross to give us an opportunity to avoid an eternity of torture and loneliness ourselves.
We are all destined to hell which was created for Satan and his angels but since we all have sinned and have acted like one of his minions, a holy God can never accept us into His heavenly kingdom. But because He still loves us so much that He wants us to be with Him, He made a way through THE WAY. All it takes is humility on our part to admit that we cannot do anything to deserve an inch of heaven. As soon as we repent, Jesus said there is a heavenly mansion waiting for us there. Hope to see you as my neighbor there when my time---and yours---comes.
