Could You Be The Most Beautiful Church in the World?
A collection of Travel Advisor reviews showed how San Agustin is deemed as the most beautiful church building in the country.
It's good that the article added the word, "building" as church, as the bible defines it, is "an assembly of people, called out of their homes into a public meeting place." As far as God is concerned, a church "always refers to the body of believers who have given their lives to the Lord, and not to a building in which they may be gathered from time to time." See. Mt. 16:18.
A church is not a building in the same way a house is neither a home nor family. It is the people that make it a home and a family. It is the essence, not the structure.
It is the same way as not minding where we are going or doing but it is the company that makes the time worthwhile.
It is in this perspective that makes any place like a living room, a cafe, or a zoom meeting a church because people are gathered together in the Name of the Lord Jesus.
